The Legislative Budget Notes page contains a list of LBN documents from 1979 to present. Each document is a comprehensive PDF file containing summary & detail information about state operating, transportation, and capital enacted budgets. These are annual joint publications by nonpartisan staff of the House and Senate budget writing committees with the assistance of LEAP Committee staff.
