About new legislative districts:
New legislative districts were developed by the
Washington State Redistricting Commission (WSRC) as required every 10 years following the national census.
The 2023-25 Capital Budget projects are mapped as developed by the WSRC. On August 10, 2023, a U.S. District Court approved
a redraw of the legislative disticts which are mapped in the 2025-27 Capital Budget projects.
Legislative districts prior to the 10-year census and court ruling are mapped under Prior Legislative Districts.
Note:
- For some projects the amounts listed may be spent in multiple locations. See the Biennium Projects by District Report for notations and to download the data.
- The combination of agency and project number determines a unique capital project. This means that the same project number in different agencies represents different projects.
